At Amazon Leo, we are obsessed with customer trust, and leveraging compliance and assurance as a business enabler.In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of compliance specialists, focusing on understanding, evaluating, and driving compliance with international regulatory requirements. This will include programs like EU CRA and NIS2. The successful candidate will have experience deciphering customer needs, formulating compliance plans and roadmaps, prioritizing resources across multiple domains, and working with customers to solve complex problems. They also will have experience meeting with regulators and explaining security and compliance control implementation. Key job responsibilities* Manage global regulatory and compliance requirements, focusing on EU requirements.* Work closely with the business to understand and scope compliance needs, and develop roadmaps and prioritization for the compliance program.* Implement and maintain compliance programs, and manage regulator and auditor requests.* Create metrics for management reporting* Develop scaling mechanisms to meet increasing customer demands, using automation and AI/ML tools.A day in the lifeYou will act as a compliance leader who can prioritize well, communicate clearly, and have a consistent track record of delivery. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
