Mental Health Therapist Master's level (Clinician III)

Overview MENTAL HEALTH THERAPIST OPPORTUNITY: Master’s Level, University Place, Washington (serving Pierce County). $3,000 new-hire sign‑on bonus and relocation assistance. Catholic Community Services, Family Behavioral Health is seeking a Clinician to deliver individualized, evidence‑based mental health services in homes and community settings. Flexibility in scheduling with on‑call rotation is required. Responsibilities Provide family‑oriented, strength‑based mental health services to children and families in their homes and community settings. Work flexible schedules to meet the needs of youth and families served, including participation in an on‑call rotation with other clinicians and clinical care coordinators. Collaborate with families, community services, and partners to achieve long‑term safety and stability for children, youth, and families. Deliver services in a culturally competent and multi‑cultural environment, respecting diverse backgrounds. Provide safe and effective interventions in community‑based settings and family homes. Qualifications Master’s degree in Behavioral Sciences or an equivalent accredited degree. Knowledge of Wraparound with Intensive Services (WISe) principles preferred, but not required. Passion for helping families stay together and a natural strengths‑based approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to assess safety in community and family homes. Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record. Background clearance and other licensing requirements as required. First responder pay: $1,800.00 per year. Pay based on performance: up to $8,000.00 per year. Clinical supervision licensing pay: $250.00 per pay period (twice per month). Bi‑lingual fluency stipend: $100–200 per pay period for service provision. 12 paid holidays and 1 personal holiday per year. 3 weeks vacation per year. 12 sick days per year.
