• Assist engineering and science teams in the development, construction, deployment, and testing of electrical and mechanical systems for diverse laboratory and production environments.

• Support the startup and hands-on functional testing of working prototypes to validate performance and ensure systems align with project requirements.

• Work full-time on-site to prepare samples, collect and manage experimental data, and run day-to-day laboratory processes.

• Challenge existing methodologies to drive continuous improvements in output throughput, quality control, and system integration.

• Collaborate closely across multiple departments and supervisors to maintain rigorous compliance with company and industry safety design standards.
