WhatYou’llDo: Assistwiththedevelopmentofonboarding,careerladders,successionplanning,andperformancemanagement initiatives in the organization. Provideemployeerelationsguidance,conflictresolution,andassistwithissuingdisciplinaryactionand performance improvement counseling. Workwithmanagerstoidentifyemployment-relatedrisksandbeginthediscoveryprocessofinvestigationsand grievances. ManageseveralHRfunctionssuchasemployment,laborrelations,compensation,etc.forabusinessunitorline of business. Conducttrainingonavarietyoftopicsincludingperformancemanagement,diversity,and more. Applyin-depthknowledgeofstandardprinciplesandtechniques/procedurestoaccomplishcomplex assignments and provide innovative solutions. Coachothersandsharein-depthknowledgeofownjobdisciplineandbroadknowledgeofseveraljob disciplines within the function. LeadbyexampleandmodelbehaviorsthatareconsistentwithCBRERISEvalues.Worktobuildconsensusand convince others to reach an agreement. WhatYou’llNeed: Bachelor'sDegreepreferredwith5-8yearsofrelevantexperience.Inlieuofadegree,acombinationof experience and education will be considered. At least 3 years of direct labor relations or union environment experience, with demonstrated experience in grievance handling, investigations, and Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) interpretation. Abilitytoexercisejudgmentbasedontheanalysisofmultiplesourcesof information. Willingnesstotakeanewperspectiveonexisting solutions. In-depthknowledgeofMicrosoftOfficeproducts.ExamplesincludeWord,Excel,Outlook, SharePoint, etc. Organizationalskillswithanadvancedinquisitive mindset.
