By joining our network, you position yourself for opportunities aligned with your career goals.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform routine maintenance and calibration of robotic systems.Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues in robotic cells.Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and document findings.Assist in the installation and setup of new robotic equipment.Program and re-program robotic paths and sequences for production changes.Optimize robotic performance for efficiency and accuracy.Maintain detailed records of repairs, maintenance, and system configurations.Recommended QualificationsAssociate's degree in robotics, mechatronics, electrical engineering, or a related technical field.2+ years of experience in industrial robotics maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair within a manufacturing environment.Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and P&ID diagrams.Demonstrated ability to program, teach, and calibrate industrial robots (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB, Yaskawa).Strong understanding of PLC control systems and their integration with robotic cells.Bonus QualificationsExperience with vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence).Familiarity with PLCs (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley) for troubleshooting and integration.Proficiency in a programming language like Python or C++ for robot scripting or data analysis.Demonstrated ability to train others on robotic system operation and maintenance.Job Titles That Should ApplyRobotics Technician, Robotics Mechanic, Automation Technician, Mechatronics Technician, Robotics Repair Technician, Industrial Robotics Technician, Robotics Maintenance Technician, Field Robotics Technician, Robotics Specialist, Automation MechanicWhy The Pivot Group NetworkThe Pivot Group Network was founded by manufacturing professionals who've been on both sides of the hiring process.
