Description What to Expect As a Sales Advisor, you are at the forefront of our mission to empower every person to achieve a financially secure future. Your role is essential in consistently delivering an educational, immersive, and exciting experience to both current and potential customers, exceeding client expectations from their initial interaction to their onboarding experience. Your responsibilities encompass guiding customers through their exploration of State Farm®’s products and facilitating a seamless sale and onboarding process. We are seeking a candidate who is energetic, highly organized, and hardworking, with a genuine passion for helping others manage the risk of everyday life and a talent for creating exceptional client experiences. What You’ll Do Greet and engage clients, creating a welcoming atmosphere for effective conversations Excite and educate prospective customers through various channels about State Farm®’s product and service offerings Help build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by collecting customer information and generating quotes and packages for potential buyers Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle, including customer education, quote curation, and onboarding experience Actively contribute to the achievement of monthly sales and delivery goals by meeting and exceeding individual sales and KPI targets Demonstrate expertise in insurance and financial services products and services Perform additional tasks as assigned to meet business needs What You’ll Bring 1+ years of customer service and/or sales experience with proven track record to meet and exceed goals Passionate about helping empower others to achieve their financial goals and dreams Highly organized and excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce tools Ability to work in person Must be able to obtain a General Lines Property & Casualty Insurance License and General Lines Life & Health Insurance License Preferred Series 6, 63, & 65 Licenses Compensation and Benefits Along with competitive pay, as a full-time employee, you are eligible for the following benefits at day 1 of hire: Supplemental Medical plans Family-building benefits Simple IRA Retirement Account with employer match Company paid Life Insurance reimbursement program Short-term and long-term disability insurance Paid Time Off Disclosures Arey Insurance Agency, Inc. participates in the E-Verify Program.
