About the Role:
We are seeking a board-certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to join our concierge practice. This role is ideal for an individual who values personalized, relationship-based care with a minimum of 3-5 years of outpatient experience. The physician will manage a select patient panel, providing comprehensive primary care with an emphasis on prevention, early detection, and chronic disease management.

An established local physician is preferred, as they understand the unique landscape of our medical community. Physicians are expected to be accessible to patients outside of office hours, while maintaining a healthy work-life balance with scheduled time off.

We are looking for a compassionate, professional, and team-oriented individual with strong communication skills and a commitment to exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive medical care to a select group of patients in an outpatient setting.
• Conduct thorough physical examinations and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Maintain open and ongoing communication with patients regarding their health and wellness.
• Utilize advanced technology for patient management and follow-up care.
• Collaborate with specialists to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
• Educate patients on preventive care and healthy lifestyle choices.
• Manage patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Participate in community outreach and health education initiatives.

Requirements:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or a related specialty.
• Active medical license in the state of Florida with clean malpractice history.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Commitment to continuing education and professional development.
