Location Hospital/Clinic Address: 7171 N Dale Mabry Highway, Carrollwood, FL Shift Requirements PRN Shift/Hour Requirements: 2 weekend day shifts per month, 1 major holiday, 1 minor holiday What You Will Get Competitive compensation with ability to earn additional weekend and holiday rates Local and national organization dues and license renewal reimbursement Structured mentoring and quarterly in-person or online continuous education courses through MedBridge memberships Experience working with a diverse patient population in neuro, trauma, and ortho Paid Time Off (PTO) and either Sick Leave or Extended Illness Bank (EIB) accrual (dependent on state laws) Reimbursement for endurance race entry fees Your Responsibilities as an Inpatient Rehabilitation/Acute Care Physical Therapist Assistant Administer and assist with a wide range of physical therapy treatments using a variety of methods Establish strong relationships with each patient so that they have ability to exceed their functional goals Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, patient families, fellow clinicians, and other hospital team members Build and maintain relationships throughout the hospital (i.e., physicians, case management, nurses, etc.) Qualifications Graduate of a CAPTE approved physical therapy assistant program Current or pending state licensure Basic Life Support certification Compensation Pay Range: $35/hr Mission That Moves Us At PT Solutions, we are a team united by a shared purpose: expanding access to transformative care.
