The Opportunity

Fox Ann Arbor Acura is hiring a full-time Product Specialist - Sales Consultant in Ann Arbor, MI, with earning potential of $50,000-$150,000 per year. This entry-level role exists to guide customers through a clear, confident vehicle-buying process-answering questions, presenting options, and supporting a smooth delivery experience.

Key responsibilities include greeting and assisting showroom/lot guests; staying current on product details; explaining specs such as performance, safety, and benefits; completing professional vehicle demonstrations; using dealership tools/CRM for pre- and post-sale follow-up; understanding vehicle values/equity, finance products, and Fox programs; and supporting showroom readiness.

Required qualifications/skills:
- High school diploma/GED; or 1-3 months related experience/training; or equivalent
- Computer proficiency (CRM and email)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

A Typical Day

Throughout the day you'll log activity, send timely emails, and make follow-up calls that keep your pipeline moving. As deals progress, you'll coordinate next steps, double-check details, and help set up a delivery that feels polished and on time. You'll wrap up by planning tomorrow's outreach and making sure your customer list is current.
