Role Overview We are looking for a Product Manager to collaborate with multiple business end‑users, third‑party vendors, software engineering team members, and other Product professionals. The Product Manager will spend time developing custom features for a SaaS application with the Disney Music Group (DMG) technological ecosystem, refining designs, properly scoping, and documenting epics and user stories in an Agile environment, and working with SaaS vendors and stakeholders to deliver solutions. Responsibilities Serve as a Product Manager for the Repertoire Management product team delivering web interface products that solve business problems. Facilitate requirement sessions with stakeholders, prioritize features, and create comprehensive requirements for the delivery team. Drive consensus among stakeholders with conflicting needs. Document epics, features, and user stories with detailed acceptance criteria. Use Agile best practices to build requirements and stories, aiming for consistent incremental delivery of MVP and multi‑phased product solutions. Work with multiple stakeholders – engineers, other product owners – to create, iterate, maintain and communicate product roadmaps. Collaborate and coordinate across the music portfolio of products to resolve dependencies. Lead user‑acceptance testing for the Product Team and guide selected business users during UAT. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. 5+ years of experience. Effective communication, including extensive experience with application end users. Ability to solve problems – identifying multiple relevant scenarios. Critical thinking and analytical thinking. Process modeling knowledge and documentation. Preferred Qualifications Over 5 years of experience in Product Management. Knowledge of phases of product development – concept, design, development, QA and UAT. Expert in use case analysis, workflows and process mapping. Excellent communication skills and active listening. Solid technical background in modern database and system architecture. Working understanding of Agile and Kanban methodologies. Entertainment domain and enterprise architecture experience are a plus. Strong documentation skills (Word, Excel, PPT, Visio, Google Suite, LucidChart). SQL skills is a plus. Master’s degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Business Administration or related fields. Experience working with various SMEs across workflows. Experience working with SaaS vendors. Experience with Jira, Confluence or similar work management tools. Experience in visualization tools (e.g., Tableau). Compensation The hiring range for this position in Glendale, CA is $117,500 to $157,500 per year. The base pay offered will take into account internal equity and may vary based on the candidate’s geography, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long‑term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, along with medical, financial, and other benefits.
