What You'll Do

• Coordinate appointments between candidates and our recruiting specialists for deeper assessments
• Follow up with candidates to maintain engagement and assist them throughout the hiring process
• Keep precise and current records within our applicant tracking system
• Earn commissions for each meeting scheduled, interview conducted, and successful hires made based on your leads
