LPN / LVN (Nursing)
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced LPN/LVN to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to residents in a long-term care (LTC) facility.
Unit Information
- Unit Type: Long-Term Care (LTC)
- Shift: 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM
- Guaranteed Hours: 37.5 hours per week
- Floating Required: Yes, within the same building
- Scrub Color: Navy Blue
- Bed Count: 40
- Common Patient Diagnoses: Multiple Sclerosis (MS), Orthopedic cases, Dementia, Memory Care
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a long-term care facility.
- Must have current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Active LPN license in New York (NYS) and all active state licenses must be verified with a NURSYS report.
- Skills checklist must align with the specialty of nursing.
Additional Information
- Every other weekend (EOW) work is required.
- Please include your requested time off (RTO) at the time of submission.
