Pathology Anatomic and Clinical Job Summary: HCA Healthcare Pathology Services and their North Texas Division is seeking an Associate Pathologist to be based at Medical City Fort Worth in Fort Worth, TX. Our physician partners are a key component to our success and we work closely with them to achieve the most favorable patient outcomes. Pathology Volumes & Practice Structure:
- The practice includes four full-time pathologists, with rotation of team to support Medical City Weatherford and Alliance Hospitals; 1:4 call coverage
- Annual case volumes include 7,800 surgical pathology cases at Medical City Fort Worth
- AP/CP board certification or eligibility is required
- Experienced candidates preferred
- Proficiency in general surgical pathology and performing frozen sections. Breast experience is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to obtain a Texas medical license or have a Texas medical license in good standing
