Summary The Beauty Advisor builds client relationships through elevated selling, exceptional service, and personal engagement. This onsite role serves clients in-store and digitally, using product knowledge and technology to achieve sales and client development goals. Responsibilities Provide customer-centric service and demonstrate expert product, styling, and brand knowledge. Use selling tools, digital technology, social media, and inventory resources to serve clients and drive sales. Meet personal sales, conversion, and wardrobing goals through outreach and client engagement. Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive work environment. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in styling, fashion retail, commission sales, and selling to clients with digital tools.
