Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to fabricate custom metal components. Operate various metalworking machinery, including plasma cutters, welders, and CNC machines. Measure and cut metal materials with precision to ensure accuracy in fabrication. Assemble and weld metal parts according to project requirements and safety standards. Conduct quality control checks to ensure all products meet industry standards and client expectations. Collaborate with team members and project managers to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional results. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in metal fabrication is a plus. Proven experience in metal fabrication, welding, or a related field. Strong understanding of metal properties and fabrication techniques. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. Proficient in operating metalworking machinery and tools. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment. Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies.
