Registered Nurse Case Manager (RN) – Workers' Compensation

The IMA Group is seeking experienced Registered Nurse Case Managers (RN) to provide Workers' Compensation case management services throughout the Denver metropolitan area, with immediate needs in:

• Denver, CO (Primary Market)
• Aurora, CO
• Centennial, CO
• Littleton, CO
• Castle Rock, CO

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced field case managers who value autonomy, flexibility, and the ability to make a meaningful difference in injured workers' recovery and return-to-work outcomes.

What You'll Do:

• Coordinate medical care and treatment plans for injured workers
• Attend medical appointments and provide onsite case management support
• Monitor treatment progress and facilitate communication among all parties
• Collaborate with providers, claims adjusters, employers, attorneys, and other stakeholders
• Prepare timely, detailed case management reports and documentation
• Support return-to-work planning and positive recovery outcomes
• Manage cases independently while maintaining exceptional service standards

Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted Colorado RN license
• Minimum 3 years of Workers' Compensation Field Case Management experience
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible caseload
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally within the service area
• CCM, CDMS, CRRN, or related certification preferred
