Licenses Required: Must hold an independent or associate licensure in Texas. Licenses Accepted: LMSW, LPC-A, MFT-A, LCSW, LPC, LMFT. Work Type: In‑Office in Austin, Texas. Compensation Full‑Time Salary: (base + bonus) $70,000-$80,000 Part‑Time Rate: $55-$65/hour Signing Bonuses! Positions available part‑time or full‑time W‑2. Part‑Time / Full‑Time Requirements Part‑Time: Minimum 12 hours/week; flexible scheduling. Full‑Time: 40 hours/week; evening availability required. About You Well versed and confident integrating multiple modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI certification a plus). Experienced with teens and young adults. Passionate and skilled in group services. Collaborative, creative, and engaging on video. Available evenings to meet client needs. Committed to self‑care and addressing the rural mental health crisis. Qualifications Licensed or pre‑licensed mental health clinician (all disciplines welcome). Master’s degree in mental health or related field. Experience with youth/young adults highly preferred. Availability between 12‑40 hours/week depending on part‑time or full‑time W‑2. Familiar with cloud‑based tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox), EMR, and outcomes software. Equal Opportunity Employer.
