Our agency opened in 2022 and is a growing team of three focused on building a strong, people-first environment. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a regional and national sales director, bringing leadership experience and a results-driven mindset into the agency. I enjoy traveling and spending time with my family - my wife is a high school math teacher, and we have two boys. I stay actively involved in the community through my church and the Rotary Club. For our team, we offer PTO, holiday pay, reimbursement for licensing costs, and a strong focus on work-life balance. Our office culture is family-oriented, upbeat, and supportive. We enjoy working together and even have regular Friday team lunches. I believe in giving people ownership of their role without micromanaging, while still providing support when needed. Were looking for someone who is well-spoken, personable, intelligent, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Richard Kobasic - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
