Qualifications:

• Active RN license, eligible for Delaware practice
• Minimum of 1 year recent OR experience preferred
• Current BLS certification (AHA or equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of operative procedures, infection control, and safety standards
• Adaptable communication skills and a commitment to teamwork
• EPIC or similar EMR familiarity a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, effective pre-, intra-, and post-operative nursing care
• Circulate and/or scrub during surgical procedures as needed
• Conduct pre-op assessments and engage with multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain sterile technique and monitor patient safety
• Accurately document intraoperative events and patient responses
