Government Travel Consultant This role supports military customers and is an on-site position at Fort Lewis in Tacoma, WA. Responsibilities Secure air, car, and hotel accommodations for contracted government agencies. Ensure all travel arrangements meet government regulations and maintain high quality standards. Maintain daily travel queues and handle cancellation or reservation changes to completion. Provide timely status updates to client agencies. Research industry changes, trends, and offerings to advise client agencies. Maintain professional customer service attitude and recommend value-added services. Basic Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Travel industry experience. Proactive approach to systems and processes. Working knowledge of WorldSpan and SABRE GDS. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
