Position Responsibilities:

• Verifies and organizes distribution of incoming/outgoing products.
• Prepares related documents.
• Maintains shipping/receiving area.
• Maintains records of all outgoing and incoming shipments from and to the warehouse.
• Prepares shipping documents along with the correct mailing labels and ensures that all orders are correctly fulfilled.
• Reconcile waybill, bill of lading with bill of materials and actual shipment arrivals.
• Ensures that the goods delivered to the warehouse are in accordance with approved orders and the associated bill of lading or invoice.

Position Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED. 1-2 years' experience preferred
• Warehouse / distribution experience
• Inventory experience
• Shipping/Receiving experience
• Data Entry experience; proficient in MS Excel. WMS experience is preferred.
• Attention to Detail
• Solid communication skills and prior Customer Service experience.
• Sense of urgency and able to multitask.

Location: On-site in Philadelphia, PA

Schedule/Shift: Monday to Friday 8AM – 4PM

Travel Requirements: None

Over Time: Possible weekends
