What You'll Do
- Building Your Team: Recruit, hire, and train a high-performing team that delivers exceptional customer service.
- Driving Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, enforce food safety standards, and ensure every shift runs smoothly.
- Creating Schedules: Build schedules to meet business needs and ensure proper coverage.
- Managing Finances: Handle inventory, cash management, and administrative duties with precision.
- Fostering Customer Satisfaction: Maintain a fast, pleasant, and clean environment that keeps customers coming back.
- Leading by Example: Model honesty, integrity, and respect in everything you do.

What We Expect From You
- Strong interpersonal skillsyou treat customers and coworkers respectfully.
- Someone who notices the little things, like refilling supplies or stepping in when help is needed.
- Ability to take direction well and are eager to learn new skills.
- Willing to go the extra mile to fix problems and make things right.
- The ability to stand and move for most (if not all) of your shift.
- Occasional lifting of 2550 lbs is required.
- Comfortable with handling weather-related tasks, like taking out trash in the rain or working the drive-thru during summer.
- Able to use a headset, cash register, and restaurant equipment while following company standards and safety guidelines.
- Must be age 16 or older.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
