This is an excellent opportunity for a tax professional with strong public accounting experience who enjoys working directly with clients, handling complex tax matters, mentoring staff, and contributing to a forward-thinking firm environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and other business entities Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships while providing high-quality tax guidance Research and interpret tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements Work closely with firm leadership to improve processes, workflows, and client service Mentor and support junior accounting and tax professionals Ideal Background Active CPA license 3+ years of tax and public accounting experience Strong knowledge of individual, corporate, partnership, and other major tax filings Experience with accounting and tax preparation software Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines Excellent communication, client service, and relationship‑building abilities Technology & Innovation The firm places a strong emphasis on leveraging technology to improve efficiency and enhance client service.
