Onboarding Specialist, People Ops Onsite (Contract)

Blink Health LLC is seeking an Onboarding Specialist for our Chesterfield, MO site. This contract role focuses on candidate onboarding, background checks, I-9 verifications, and Day 1 logistics to ensure a smooth start for new hires.
You will coordinate with People Ops, manage Checkr workflows, and answer benefits questions on the spot, while maintaining compliant records and a welcoming on-site presence for new hires.
