Director of Financial Reporting

Coda Search is partnering with a Series C start-up that is looking to hire a Director of Financial Reporting. This is a dynamic company that is revolutionizing healthcare and is looking to hire a Director of Financial Reporting who will oversee financial reporting, technical accounting and reviewing the consolidated financials. Dynamic role that will be reporting into the CFO and partner closely with the corporate accounting and FP&A teams. Responsibilities Oversee the consolidated financial reporting package and report findings to the executive team Review intercompany transactions across multiple entities Create and prepare quarterly board packages and materials with commentary Review complex reconciliations and adjustments Prepare technical accounting memo's and train staff on new pronouncements Assist with internal projects and lead strategic initiatives Operate as the point of contact with the annual auditors Qualifications 8+ years of accounting experience, ideally within financial reporting and technical accounting Prior Big 4 experience preferred CPA required Consolidation experience across multiple entities is required Excellent communication and presentation skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
