What Gets You Hired High school diploma or GED (preferred) Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience is a plus (we provide training) Comfortable reading instructions and using basic measuring tools Good problem-solving, math, and mechanical skills Able to stand, move, and lift up to 25 lbs. during shifts
