Confirms patient demographic information, verification of benefits, scheduling and coordinating post discharge care for patients, collection of copays or payments, balancing of accounts, and general data entry. Preregister, register, schedule, reschedule, and discharge patients according to the defined guidelines.Qualifications:Education: High school diploma or equivalentCertification: BLS through American Heart Association or American Red CrossFingerprint Clearance: DPS Level One Fingerprint Clearance CardExperience: 1+ years' experience working in a customer service and/or office settingWork Requirements: Able to reach above and below shoulder level, lift, bend, kneel, squat, stand, walk, and sit for the full scheduled shift; able to use business office equipment/computer.
