Dvelopper les ventes des produits d'Atlas Copco Compresseurs conformment aux objectifs et la politique fixs annuellement par la division sur le secteur Ouest.
Vos Missions
En tant que Responsable Commercial de Secteur, vous serez amen(e) travailler sur les composantes suivantes :
- Assurer les ventes auprs des prospects directs pour atteindre le chiffre d'affaires et le volume fixs dans les objectifs
- Planifier les oprations de prospections en fonction de la politique dfinie (segment prioritaire, maintien de l'acquis etc..).
- Donner suite aux demandes des clients, conseil technique et commercial, prparation et envoi d'offre.
- Participer aux ngociations clients.
- Recueillir et faire remonter les informations sur l'volution des exigences client vers la division celles-ci incluent (produits, scurit, pollution, besoin de recyclage, emballage, procds client, concurrence etc..).
- Participer au plan de communication de la division (salons, campagnes, journes techniques etc..).
- Examiner les statistiques avec le Directeur de Division. Rechercher et identifier les causes d'carts entre les prvisions et les ralisations en marges, volumes et part de march.
- Proposer et mettre en uvre les mesures pour rduire ces carts.
- Travailler en lien avec les vendeurs des secteurs Ouest
- Suivre les ventes via le rseau de distribution
Comptences Requises
- De formation technique ou ingnieur, vous alliez un sens commercial dvelopp et de bonnes connaissances techniques,
- A la fois orient(e) rsultats et satisfaction client,
- Vous disposez d'une exprience reconnue d'au moins 3 ans dans la vente de produits techniques en BtoB.
- Sachant aussi efficacement communiquer en situation difficile, vous tes un(e) excellent(e) ngociateur(rice),
- Une forte autonomie, un esprit d'initiative et d'adaptation importants associs un bon esprit d'quipe,
- La connaissance de l'anglais technique serait un plus.
- La matrise du pack office.
