About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of VIP & Loyalty to join their team. The successful candidate will be tasked with developing and scaling the brand's VIP, loyalty, and high-value player strategy. This pivotal role is focused on the retention, engagement, and long-term value of the most important players, and requires a balance of hospitality, commercial acumen, analytics, and player-first thinking. Key responsibilities include owning the VIP strategy, developing segmentation frameworks, creating personalized experiences, and monitoring player value and profitability. The Head of VIP & Loyalty will also be responsible for leading the VIP team, establishing goals, and partnering with various internal teams to ensure the success of loyalty and retention programs. Applicants for the Head of VIP & Loyalty position at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in VIP, loyalty, CRM, customer lifecycle, or player development roles, with a strong understanding of player retention, engagement, and relationship management. The role demands excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills, as well as the ability to balance commercial performance with the creation of exceptional player experiences. A background in sweepstakes casino, online casino, iGaming, sports betting, or social casino is preferred, along with experience in managing high-value customer segments and familiarity with loyalty programs and player segmentation. The ideal candidate will be a relationship builder, strategist, and player advocate, who believes that loyalty is earned through thoughtful engagement and a deep understanding of what players value most.
