Job Overview A law firm seeks an associate with a minimum of two years of experience in energy and/or infrastructure M&A and joint ventures to join their team in Houston, TX. The team represents a wide variety of market participants on M&A and joint venture transactions across the energy and infrastructure spectrum, including renewables, conventional power generation, oil & gas, infrastructure, energy transition, and energy tech sectors. Duties Participate in M&A and joint venture transactions. Collaborate with a global team of attorneys. Engage with clients across various energy sectors. Requirements Minimum of two years of relevant experience. Highly motivated with excellent academic credentials. Superior communication skills. Membership to the State Bar of the office location. Education Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree. Certifications State Bar membership in good standing. Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective client management skills.
