Maintenance Technician

Job Duties

Systems & Site Oversight Expectations: Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance. Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance issues. Assist with snow removal, lawn care, and trash pickup as needed.

Resident Interaction Expectations: Provide excellent customer service during in-unit maintenance visits.

Communicate professionally and respectfully, especially during after-hours calls.

Tasks needs could include, but not limited to, are:

drywalling

Mudding

Taping

Light Electrical Work

Light Plumbing Work

Flooring installation

Painting

Minimum Education Required

HS diploma. Trade school is a plus, but not required with proper experience

Minimum Experience Required

Minimum of 1–2 years of general maintenance experience in residential or commercial property management preferred. Strong understanding of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry. Ability to lift and move up to 50lbs, climb ladders, and operate tools and machinery safely. Post-Secondary education is not required but a plus. Tech Savvy and ability to use multiple technology settings. Must have Valid Drivers License-required for role
