Machine Mechanic (Adjuster) – Direct Hire

3 rd shift – Sunday-Thursday 11pm-7am (will train on 1 st shift)

$25-$32/hr. + $1.50 shift diff

Lebanon / Mason area

Our client is seeking a mechanically inclined Machine Mechanic to support production operations by troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing high-speed manufacturing equipment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on problem-solving, machine changeovers, and working in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial manufacturing equipment
• Perform machine setups, adjustments, and changeovers
• Diagnose machine jams, skips, and mechanical issues to minimize downtime
• Conduct preventive maintenance and lubrication tasks
• Read blueprints and technical documentation for parts identification
• Monitor product quality and machine performance
• Support safety, housekeeping, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Work closely with production teams to achieve operational goals

Qualifications

• 5 years combined previous industrial maintenance, machine operator, or manufacturing experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with machine setups, adjustments, and repairs preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and technical documentation
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
