About the team: The Member’s Mark Product Development team brings innovative, high-quality products to life across Freezer, Cooler, and Adult Beverage. We are a collaborative, member-obsessed team that combines culinary and product expertise, consumer insights, market trends, and commercial acumen to create differentiated products our members love. Working closely with Merchandising, Sourcing, Quality, suppliers, and other cross-functional partners, we lead products from concept through commercialization while delivering on quality, value, and business performance. The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00 - $260,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
