ER Case Manager RN - Discharge & Care Coordination

College Hospital

College Medical Center in Long Beach, California is looking for a Case Manager who will provide compassionate care while conducting utilization reviews and facilitating discharge planning for patients. This role requires a current CA Nursing License and at least two years of clinical experience in acute care.
