Retail Sales Consultant

Responsibilities Use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options, demonstrating drive and passion for helping people. Participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers. Work a schedule between 9am‑9pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority‑based schedules available two weeks in advance. Adopt a flexible, open‑to‑change attitude in a fast‑paced environment to stay current with evolving technology and customer needs. Qualifications Prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience is a plus. No sales experience? Training, tools and coaching will be provided to help you meet and exceed your goals. Compensation Retail Sales Consultants earn between $40,000 to $63,000, including hourly rate and uncapped commission opportunities for top sellers. Individual starting salary may vary by geography, experience, expertise and education/training. Salary range depends on meeting or exceeding all sales goals.
