Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Inside Sales Representative to drive revenue growth within an existing customer portfolio while identifying new business opportunities through proactive outbound sales efforts.
This role is responsible for expanding customer relationships, increasing sales within assigned accounts, and conducting outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling. The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills, a commitment to customer service, and the ability to consistently meet performance goals in a fast-paced sales environment.

Essential Functions:
Develop and grow revenue within an assigned portfolio of existing customers.
Conduct outbound sales calls, including cold calls, to identify new business opportunities and expand customer relationships.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and sales consultations.
Identify customer needs and recommend products, services, and solutions that support their business objectives.
Execute sales campaigns designed to increase customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and outbound calling activities.
Maintain a consistent level of sales activity and customer outreach.
Prepare quotes, proposals, and other sales-related documentation.
Accurately document customer interactions, opportunities, and sales activity in the company's CRM system.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience.
Meet or exceed established sales goals, activity metrics, and performance expectations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required;
• Previous sales, account management, customer service, or business development experience preferred.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to build credibility and establish relationships with customers via telephone and electronic communication.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and related business applications preferred.
