About the Position

Job Title: CT Tech Profession: CT Tech Specialty: Radiology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00 - 19:30 Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: ARRT (preferred) Certifications: BLS required, ACLS preferred Description: Unit Information: The unit has 2 CT scanners and 2 tables. There are 2 CT Techs working 24 hours a day in 12-hour shifts. The patient ratio is 1:1. The type of equipment includes GE Discovery 450, 1.5. The EMR system is Meditech. Typical procedures performed include CT scans, MRIs, and X-rays. These procedures create images of bones, organs, and tissues for accurate assessments. The ideal candidate will be a critical thinker and must be flexible. The role does not require on-call duty but does require weekend and night availability. The ability to work independently is essential. Candidates should be adaptable and flexible. Dress code consists of royal blue or white scrubs. The facility has 229 beds and has been recognized as a top-performing hospital since 1983. It is a certified primary stroke center and a Blue Distinction Stroke Center. A new patient tower is scheduled to open in September. This position is created to fill a vacant role.
