Logistics Supervisor

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our plant operations, labor management, and cost control. Responsibilities: Oversee the entire plant operations to ensure efficient and timely production. Manage labor resources effectively to meet production targets while maintaining high safety and quality standards. Implement effective cost control measures to minimize operational expenses without compromising on quality or efficiency. Coordinate with other departments such as procurement, sales, and finance to ensure a seamless flow of operations. Develop and implement logistics plans and procedures to enhance operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Identify potential issues or bottlenecks in the supply chain process and implement effective solutions. Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and productivity. Prepare and present regular reports on logistics performance to senior management. Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the Manufacturing industry. Proven experience in plant operations, labor management, and cost control. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Proficiency in using logistics software and other relevant computer applications. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A strong understanding of industry regulations and standards. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Willingness to stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in logistics management.
