Responsibilities Supervise daily front desk operations, ensuring smooth check‑ins, check‑outs and everything in between. Coach, train, and motivate front desk associates—serving as the team’s go‑to guru. Handle guest concerns with grace, urgency, and a can‑do attitude. Monitor cash handling, shift reports, and compliance with brand and safety standards. Jump in wherever needed—answering phones, updating the reader board or helping with VIP arrivals. Qualifications Customer service and leadership experience—led teams, kept calm under pressure, created a welcoming vibe. Strong communication skills—coordinate with guests, staff, and other departments. Detail‑oriented and organized—handle shift reports and guest requests. Tech confident—proficient with hotel systems, e‑mail, and reports. Able to lift 50 lbs and remain on feet—demonstrates leading by example.
