Payroll & Benefits Manager - Open Enrollment Expert

This role works with HR Director to ensure compliance and accurate payroll processing for a hospitality workforce. You will handle ACA/ERISA/COBRA, open enrollment, carrier relationships, and reporting such as EEO-1 and OSHA 300, while maintaining confidentiality and clear communication with employees and managers.
