Job Duties

• Operate production equipment while supporting the final stages of the manufacturing process.
• Perform assembly, material handling, and production tasks to maintain workflow.
• Use hand tools and equipment while following safety and quality standards.
• Monitor equipment, maintain cleanliness, and support daily sanitation procedures.
• Assist with general production duties while meeting output and performance goals.

Preferred Skills

• Manufacturing, production, assembly, or general labor experience preferred.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and remain active throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in hot, wet, and physically demanding conditions.
• Experience using hand tools and following detailed work instructions.
• Strong attention to safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Experience in cleanroom, lab, or controlled manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of sanitation and cleaning procedures within production settings.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience working around automated production equipment.
• Reliable work ethic and ability to adapt to changing production needs.

Work Environment

• Clean, controlled manufacturing and lab environment.
• Work around automated equipment and heated production tanks.
• Hot conditions with occasional wet work areas due to sanitation processes.
• Physically active role involving lifting, bending, and standing throughout shifts.
• Safety-focused workplace with established cleanliness and operating procedures.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Moses Lake, WA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
