Superintendent - Custom Home Construction

A leading custom home builder is seeking an experienced Superintendent to coordinate and lead field operations on high-end residential projects. This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected builder specializing in large-scale custom homes valued at $5M+ .


If you are a Superintendent with a strong background in luxury/custom residential construction and a proven ability to deliver projects on time, on budget, and above client expectations , we would love to speak with you.

Superintendent Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent
• Proven experience managing custom or luxury residential projects
• Experience overseeing projects valued at $5M+
• Strong ability to manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and field operations
• Demonstrated ability to lead construction projects through multiple phases simultaneously
• Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, quality standards, and building processes
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Proven ability to maintain strong relationships with homeowners, subcontractors, vendors, and project teams
• Consistent employment history with a strong reputation for professionalism and accountability
