What You'll Do as a Panel Builder: Assemble electrical control panels, junction boxes, and electrical subassemblies used in automated equipment Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring layouts, and production instructions Route, label, terminate, and organize wiring to ensure accurate electrical connections Install electrical components such as relays, switches, sensors, breakers, power supplies, and terminal blocks Perform electrical testing and assist with system verification procedures Troubleshoot wiring issues and identify corrective actions when needed Verify the functionality of sensors, switches, and other electrical devices Use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment to complete assembly tasks Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment Collaborate with engineering, production, and assembly teams to support equipment builds and project completion Contribute to continuous improvement efforts focused on quality, efficiency, and workplace safety Skills and Experience High school diploma or GED required Technical school training, vocational education, or related hands-on experience preferred Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with a desire to learn industrial control systems Ability to read and understand electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical instructions Experience with electrical assembly, panel building, manufacturing, or industrial production environments preferred Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work Dependable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude Effective problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and perform physical assembly work throughout the shift Benefits Weekly pay $5 prescription drugs $5 doctor's visit copays Free teledoctor service Free counseling services Life insurance included Vision insurance included Dental insurance included Vacation and holiday pay Scholarship Opportunities 401(k) retirement plan Free legal services Our unbeatable employee discount program
