Location: Riverside, RI 02915 (onsite) Job Type: 7 months Contract (Oct 2026 – Apr 2027) Schedule: Monday – Friday, 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM (after training; hours may shift with business needs)

About the Role

We're looking for a Client Services Specialist to join a Commercial Operations team supporting business banking customers. You'll be the first point of contact for customers using cash management, ACH, and commercial card products - answering questions by phone, chat, and email, fixing problems, and showing customers how to use the products. When something keeps going wrong, you'll dig into why (root cause analysis) and suggest fixes that make service faster and easier for everyone. This is a hands-on role for someone who likes solving problems independently and takes pride in service quality.

What You'll Do

• Answer customer requests by phone, chat, and email for cash management, ACH, and commercial card products
• Research questions and train customers on the full range of products offered
• Diagnose, prioritize, and resolve technical, system, and procedure issues — or escalate when needed
• Work with internal support teams to fix customer problems and prevent them from recurring
• Spot trends in recurring issues and recommend process improvements
• Flag potential problems to management before they affect service standards

What You Need

• 5+ years of customer service and call center experience (banking experience preferred)

• Excellent phone communication and listening skills

• Strong time management - able to prioritize and juggle a busy daily workload

• Comfort working independently in a fast-paced environment

• Solid computer skills

• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and good judgment

• Self-motivated with a drive to hit productivity goals

Education

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
