Home Services Tech Field Recruiter Help us recruit top talent for our Southern California-based plumbing and home services company. This high-volume recruiter will support multiple offices and recruit skilled trades professionals, including plumbers, helpers, and HVAC professionals. The Role As a skilled trades recruiter, you will manage 8-12 requisitions per month, conduct phone and in-person interviews, evaluate candidates, and make hiring recommendations. You'll also facilitate job fairs, background checks, drug screening, onboarding orientation, and sustain a high volume of sourcing and recruiting. What We’re Looking For We require a high-energy, focused individual with a minimum of 2 years of full‑cycle corporate or agency recruiting experience, comfortable with cold calling, electronic and social media outreach, networking, and attending industry events. Responsibilities Facilitate job fairs and one‑on‑one lunches and dinners. Phone screen applicants and schedule interviews. Conduct in‑person interviews and evaluate candidates’ qualifications. Make hiring recommendations to managers. Facilitate background checks and drug screening process. Support the onboarding orientation process. Requirements Ability to manage 8 to 12 requisitions per month. Minimum of 2 years recent recruiting experience. Pass a background check and drug screen. Have a clean driving record. Preferred but Not Required Previous recruiting experience in construction industry. Prior experience recruiting plumbing and HVAC professionals. Prior track record of high‑volume sourcing and/or recruiting. Perks Flexible working hours; never strict office hours.
