Requirements

• DEA Registration
• Licensed dentist

Education: DDS or DMD degree.
Licensure: Active and unrestricted State of Michigan dental license and a valid DEA license.
Experience: Proven experience in a clinical setting; comfort with standard dental equipment.

Job Description
