Field service coordinator

The Field Service Coordinator supports construction operations by coordinating field personnel, equipment, subcontractors, and service activities across multiple job sites. This role ensures projects stay on schedule by managing work orders, dispatching technicians, tracking equipment utilization, and serving as a communication link between project managers, field crews, vendors, and clients. salary: $25 - $31.99 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM education: Associate Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Schedule and coordinate field technicians, service crews, and subcontractors across construction projects. Dispatch personnel and equipment to job sites based on project requirements and priorities. Create, track, and close service tickets, work orders, and maintenance requests. Coordinate equipment deliveries, rentals, repairs, and preventive maintenance activities. Monitor daily field operations and communicate schedule changes to project teams. Maintain records of labor hours, equipment usage, and job-site activities. Support project managers with workforce planning and resource allocation. Coordinate material deliveries and ensure timely availability of supplies. Communicate with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and field personnel regarding project status and service needs. Track project documentation, permits, safety records, and compliance requirements. Assist with invoice processing, purchase orders, and cost tracking. Prepare operational reports and update project management systems.
