$18 hourly

• Welcome guests with a warm smile and ensure they feel at home from the moment they arrive.
• Efficiently manage check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, providing clear and helpful information about hotel services and local attractions.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready and meet our high standards of cleanliness.
• Handle guest complaints with empathy and professionalism, turning challenges into positive experiences.
• Maintain accurate records of guest transactions and reservations, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
• Assist in managing the lobby area, ensuring it remains clean, organized, and inviting for all guests and visitors alike.

• Experience in hospitality or customer service roles, ensuring guests feel valued and welcome.
• Ability to manage check-in and check-out processes with precision and attention to detail.
• Proven track record of handling guest inquiries and providing clear, helpful information.
• Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams.
• Empathy and professionalism in resolving guest complaints, turning challenges into positive experiences.
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate records of guest transactions and reservations.
• Capability to assist in managing and maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting lobby area.
