*** $30,000 sign-on bonus ***

Monday through Friday 8 AM - 5 PM

\n

Responsibilities:

\n

\n
• \n

  Provide Internal Medicine/Family Practice Services to patients.

\n
• \n

  Interview, examine, and treat clinical patients.

\n
• \n

  Educate patients and families on wellness, prevention, and early detection.

\n
• \n

  Provide referrals based on examination and patient needs.

\n
• \n

  Participate in quality improvement, management, continuing education, and patient care programs.

\n
• \n

  Assist in the resolution of complaints, requests, and inquiries from patients.

\n
• \n

  Maintain confidentiality of all patient information according to federal guidelines and regulations.

\n
• \n

  Complete medical records (EMR) documentation daily.

\n
• \n

  Cover night calls as needed.

\n

Qualifications:

\n

\n
• \n

  MD or DO degree.

\n
• \n

  Current unrestricted medical licensure in applicable state(s) and board certification. If board eligible, must become board certified within 12 months.

\n
• \n

  DEA license required.

\n
• \n

  For Carelon Health business unit, satisfactory completion of a Tuberculosis test is a requirement for this position.

\n

**This position is bonus eligible based on individual and company performance.**\n
