Mine Operations Supervisor - Safety & Performance

Arcosa Aggregates is actively seeking an Assistant Mine Manager for our Bound Brook Quarry in the East Region. You will support the Plant Manager in daily operations of the pit, plant, and sales yard while upholding a strong safety culture in an MSHA-regulated environment. Responsibilities include managing safety documentation, work orders, repairs, onboarding, and mentoring staff. This on-site role requires leadership, communication, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in a dynamic #J-18808-Ljbffr Arcosa Inc.
